There are three fathers that I’m having trouble getting to cooperate with the divorce to bring this divorce to a conclusion. I’ll like to get this problem solve on several occasion. I was 16 years old when I married my kids father which he was 18 years old and my family told us we need to get married. My biology mother sign for me to get married (I was rasied by someone that had custody of me) I left my husband in 1997 not even a year after we got married. After leaving my husband two years later I start having kids that was born into my marriage(Why I was still legally married to him. The Court want the fathers of the other kids to be added into the Divorce papers. It hard trying to get all the fathers served with citation. I've tired get a lawyer and I asked for a payment arrange and the lawyer told me I start my price it $50 grand and the price can go up. I advise you to keep doing what you been doing you been doing what you want to do anyway.I'm also is waiting on the school that I have been working with to restart my case over because we went to court and the judge stated none of the fathers were able to get served.

  1. 3 different fathers?!?!? wow so you cheated that much hmm/ i wonder why your husband wont sign those papers
  2. if legal aid wouldn't help you since it is too complex, it might be a challenge for a law school to take on
  3. What kind of divorce are you talking about? You should be married to just one partner and he should be easy to find. If you are talking about child support that is a total different issue.
  4. Get a lawyer to get to the bottom of this, wow this sounds like a nightmare.
