War on Divorce
can bankruptcy be used to avoid divorce costs?(uk)?
Hi,my sisters ex husband is trying to hide his assets from my sis and her kids,post divorce he plans to get false debts,via his biz contacts,file bankruptcy and flee the uk he has a business(she started) and propertys which he has run for years problem free,but since the divorce has left them unpiad so they get repo'ed his plan is too ruin her and have her homeless and wrecked credit can he do this and flee? will the bankruptcy people consider her someone he owes,and pay her at least enough to get a home sorry but im really worried and need some soild info that i can perhaps present to her to make her feel a bit better
