1. Joanie gets caught making out with Richie's girlfriend OR Richie gets caught making out with Joanie's boyfriend.
2. People took Potsie seriously. That would be a twist.
3. The Fonz gets caught trying on Mrs. C's lingerie!
4. Mr C. is caught with Jenny Pickalow. She joins a convent out of embarrassment.
5. Fonzie is gay, and spreads herpes. Arnold(Pat Morita)gets thrown into a concentration camp because of the American-Japanese war. Ralph mouth gets shot in a drug bust in Mexico. Potsy is the poster boy for glow in the dark condoms in Africa. Joanne is a stripper at the new "Arnold's". Mrs. Cunningham has an affair with Cha-Chi after he gets out of prison for child molestation. Richie is shot by the police on America's Most Wanted. Mr.C has a sex change.

8. Someone realize they NEVER saw Fonzie fight and they finally realize they were scared for no reason. Then they all get together and kick his ass.
9. Fonzie comes out of the closet and admits he's gay!
10. Mrs C has affairs with richie's friends, potsi and ralph
11. I frequently fantasized that Fonzie and Mrs.C woud run off to California together and start a surf and turf restaurant.
