Will a Swiss Bank Account help me keep more money after a divorce?
I am a very long ways away from marriage but with all the divorces going on today, I just want to know if there are tips to help keep more money if a divorce were to ever happen. I was wondering since Swiss Bank Accounts have more privacy to them, will the courts be able to track your name to them in a divorce case?

- If it concerns you that much, always get pre-nups and also set up trusts and holding companies to protect all the assets you owned by yourself before marriage. However, I must say that what you focus on, you will manifest in your life. If you are predicting failing at marriages by way of divorce, changes are in future you will be a divorced person, many times over. If you focus on divorce, then that is what you will get in future. Why not focus on being one of the successful, future marriages?
- If you ever entered a marriage with this kind of subterfuge and deceit, then the marriage is doomed from the start. You should enter any relationship with mutual trust and a determination to make it work long-time
- Swiss bank accounts are not a haven for hidden funds. Any money that leaves the country via wire from US bank accounts or drawn from a US bank account is recorded as per Patriot act requirements. If you're thinking about hiding money for a divorce before you've actually found a woman to marry you...that's kind of lame...
- If they don't know about it
- If you fail to disclose assets in a divorce and you get caught lying under oath, it's perjury. Jail. Don't bend over in the shower. Try a pre-nup instead. Less painful.
